Cape Byron Distillery – neighbouring Ewingsdale catch a cab to the Cape Byron Distillery to taste some locally distilled Gin and Whisky. Keeping true to the time-honoured traditions and the art of distillation, the spirits produced to capture the unique terroir of the Northern Rivers.
